COVID-19 Vaccine Eligibility

If you are in Phase 1a (all groups) or Phase 1b – Groups 1-7, a vaccine is available for you.

The April 10 vaccination clinic is now full. Check back on Monday to register for the April 15 vaccination clinic.

Phase 1a

All Groups

Frontline medical workers; qualified long-term-care-facility residents and staff; and EMS and other first responders​

The second dose of your COVID-19 vaccine will be given at the same location as your first. You will be contacted to receive your second dose 4-6 weeks after you receive your first dose.

Phase 1b

Group 1

Child-care, preschool and K-12 school and school district staff​

The second dose of your COVID-19 vaccine will be given at the same location as your first. You will be contacted to receive your second dose 4-6 weeks after you receive your first dose.

Groups 2-5

Hood River County residents 65 years and older

The second dose of your COVID-19 vaccine will be given at the same location as your first. You will be contacted to receive your second dose 4-6 weeks after you receive your first dose.

 
Group 6

Adults 45-64 with one or more underlying health conditions with increased risk*

Migrant and seasonal farmworkers; seafood and agricultural workers; food processing workers

People living in low-income senior housing, senior congregate and independent living

Individuals experiencing houselessness (sheltered and unsheltered)

People currently displaced by wildfires

Wildland firefighters

Pregnant people 16 and older

Group 7

Frontline workers as defined by the CDC
and their age-eligible family members in the same household

Individuals living in a multigenerational household (a home where people from three or more generations live together) or residing with and caring for a relative who is not their own child (e.g., a grandchild, niece or nephew)

Those age 16-44 with one or more underlying health conditions with increased risk*

Phase 2

Group 1

All Oregonians 16 and older

Not yet eligible

* Underlying health conditions with increased risk: cancer; chronic kidney disease; chronic lung diseases, including COPD, asthma (moderate to severe), interstitial lung disease, cystic fibrosis, and pulmonary hypertension; dementia and other neurological conditions; diabetes (Type 1 or Type 2); Down syndrome; heart conditions, such as heart failure, coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathies, or hypertension; HIV infection; immunocompromised state (weakened immune system); liver disease; overweight or obesity (BMI greater than 25 kg/m2); pregnancy; sickle cell disease or thalassemia; smoking (current or former); solid organ or blood stem cell transplant; stroke or cerebrovascular disease; substance use disorder
