If you are in Phase 1b – Group 7
THERE ARE 3 WAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR VACCINE:
- Schedule your appointment with the Hood River County Health Department.

If you are in Phase 1b – Group 6
THERE ARE 4 WAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR VACCINE:
- Schedule your appointment with the Hood River County Health Department. Migrant and seasonal farmworkers; seafood and agricultural workers; food processing workers can schedule here. The April 10, 2021, vaccination clinic is full. Check back Monday for additional appointments.
- One Community Health is vaccinating established patients and other individuals in this group, such as migrant farmworkers, by invitation only. Please see their website for more information.
- Primary care providers that are listed below will offer vaccinations to existing clients. Please see clinic profile for more information.
- There may be vaccinations at Rite Aid, Safeway, Walgreens and Walmart pharmacies. Please see additional information on their websites.
If you are in Phase 1b – Groups 2-5 (age 65 and over)
Check to see if your primary care provider is listed below. The second dose of your COVID-19 vaccine will be given at the same location as your first. You will be contacted to receive your second dose 4-6 weeks after you receive your first dose.

If your primary care provider is listed, they will contact you to schedule your COVID-19 vaccination appointment when a vaccine is available for you.
NO, my provider is not listed
Columbia Gorge Family Medicine clients need to sign up on an online vaccination request form. Please see additional instructions on their website, CGFM.com.
If your primary care provider is not listed above or you do not have a primary care provider, you will receive your COVID-19 vaccination at One Community Health.
STEP 1: Add your name to the list.
Go online to the One Community Health list, email covidvaccine@co.hood-river.or.us, or call 541-387-6911 (8 a.m.-5 p.m., M-F).
STEP 2: One Community Health will contact you to schedule your COVID-19 vaccination appointment when a vaccine is available for you.

Take the CAT bus to your COVID-19 vaccination appointment
To schedule a ride to your vaccination appointment using public transportation, call Columbia Area Transit (CAT) at 541-386-4202. Let CAT staff know that you need to schedule a “COVID vaccine” ride.
- Cost is $2 each way or free if you have a Dial-a-Ride GOrge Pass.
- A “COVID vaccine” ride can be scheduled in advance or the same day Monday-Friday,
8 a.m.-5:45 p.m.
